Return Policy:

At Nilsa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns

   – Products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

   – Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

How to Request a Return

   – To initiate a return, please fill up the return form here (link to return form page).

   – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping

   – The return shipping label will allow you to send the product directly to our fulfillment partner, for processing.

   – Please drop off your package at any authorized shipping center (details provided when you receive the label).

Processing Time

   – Once we receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or replacement.

   – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of  confirmation of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Products

   – If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

   – Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as perishable goods or custom products. These will be noted on the product page.
